This silken-feeling twill has a supple, fluid drape and a slight sheen on its surface. Lightweight and without stretch, craft fluttering skirts, drapey blouses, or wide-legged pants. Mostly opaque, using a lining is a matter of personal preference, but may be desirable to add structure in some applications.
