At Mood Fabrics, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, though please note that cut-to-order fabrics and trims are generally non-returnable. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are committed to making it right through our streamlined claims process.
Return Process
- 1.Review Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original, uncut condition and were purchased within the last 30 days; please note that swatches and custom-cut yardage are final sale.
- 2.Initiate a Request
Contact our customer service team via our online portal or email with your order number and photos of the product if it is damaged or defective.
- 3.Package Your Return
Once your return is authorized, securely pack the items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip to ensure fast processing.
- 4.Receive Refund or Credit
After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
