Here are a few tips from our sewists to master crepe’s unique texture:

1. Lower the thread tension on your sewing machine to prevent puckering
2. Use a new, fine point needle
3. To prevent slipping during cutting, line up your pieces with the pattern pieces, cut in single layers, and use a rotary cutter or tabletop scissors.
4. Be patient and have fun!
